Milwaukee Public Library will host Dr. Cherene Sherrard Johnson, Professor of English at the University of Wisconsin Madison, for a discussion on Poetry and the Black Experience of History and Memory. Dr. Sherrard Johnson is also a poet and her talk will include a reading of her work.
